About our Apple Kombucha

Our Apple Kombucha uses ingredients sourced first and foremost from our own farm, we craft artisanal beverages that bring fresh to a whole new level.
Made in small careful batches, our drinks are pure, natural, and hand crafted.

Our Kombucha is packed full of living culture and goodness to add to your health and wellbeing. We keep in line with our usual practice- sourcing everything we can right from our own family farm in Hopewell NJ. Things we cannot or do not grow ourselves are then sourced from other local or Organic practice farms.  Because of this we can ensure the product our customers get is as sustainable as possible.

If shipping outside of our local delivery zone, your kombucha will arrive fresh in 12oz glass bottles.  We recommend you let the bottles rest for 24 hours in the refrigerator as they may have been shaken in transit.  We currently ship out M-W every week and your beverages will arrive to your doorstep within 24-48 hours after leaving our barn.

About our Farm

Located in Hopewell NJ Marchese Farm sits nestled into the base of the Sourland Mountain Range.  Quiet and tucked away, the 22 acre vegetable farm. We grow over 100 varieties of vegetables, berries, and melons in small sustainable rows.  We create a fantastic customer product in many ways:

Firstly, we pick the produce daily at its peak.  We use sustainable farming methods that provide our soil with a rich microbial balance and give our produce a taste that is unmatched.

Secondly, we are committed to healthy soil, healthy plants, and healthy people.  That is why we never use any non Organically Certified products on our farm.

Thirdly,  are a family business.  We work right alongside our family on our farm and are passionate about agricultural education and locally sourced food systems.
