Cold pressed juice uses the power of a press rather than centrifugal force.  This allows the juice to stay cool and does not aerate the liquid like a typical juice machine meaning it stays fresher for longer.  With cold press you get as close to eating the pounds of good for you veggies as you can without all the chewing.  Cold pressed juice is a fantastic fresh and accessible nutrient source for your body that is rapidly taken up by your digestive system and used to fuel your day and repair your cells.

If shipping outside of our local delivery zone, your juice will arrive fresh-frozen in 16oz plastic bottles to best preserve their freshness.  We currently ship out M-W every week and your juice will arrive to your doorstep within 24-48 hours after leaving our barn.

About our Farm

Located in Hopewell NJ Marchese Farm sits nestled into the base of the Sourland Mountain Range.  Quiet and tucked away, the 22 acre vegetable farm. We grow over 100 varieties of vegetables, berries, and melons in small sustainable rows.  We create a fantastic customer product in many ways:

Firstly, we pick the produce daily at its peak.  We use sustainable farming methods that provide our soil with a rich microbial balance and give our produce a taste that is unmatched.

Secondly, we are committed to healthy soil, healthy plants, and healthy people.  That is why we never use any non Organically Certified products on our farm.

Thirdly,  are a family business.  We work right alongside our family on our farm and are passionate about agricultural education and locally sourced food systems.
